This apartment building will serve both homeless youth and the general homeless population. The product of a collaboration between Northwest Youth Services (NWYS) and The Opportunity Council, the project will offer wrap-around support services to help residents meet their goals and support them on their journey to independence and prosperity. Half the apartments are reserved for NWYS clients (18-24) and half for those of the Opportunity Council.

The bottom floor holds a community room as well as counseling and business offices, with 10 studio apartments per floor above. The parking area, located off the alley at the second floor, includes landscaping and bicycle storage.
